What happens after I complete payment?

After the client makes the purchase, an automated email will be sent with a link to the onboarding form.
Once the form is completed, we’ll have a clear understanding of your project goals, brand preferences, and design needs.
Based on the responses, we will follow up with a project timeline, any missing details, or a quick call for clarification if necessary.

What is the payment schedule per package?

Basic Website Package: Full payment is required upfront.
eCommerce Website Package: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion.
Advanced Website Package: 40% upfront, 30% halfway through the project, and 30% upon final approval.

What revisions are included?

Basic Package: Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
eCommerce Package: Includes 3 rounds of revisions.
Advanced Package: Includes 4 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of [$50/hour].

What is the process for content and materials?

The Client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, videos) unless content creation services are included or purchased separately. All content must be provided within [7 days] of payment received. Work does not begin until materials are received. Any delays may impact the timeline.
